The Xcellerator can also retain the stock program to enable you put back your truck to the original settings in case you need to. The small device also increases the efficiency of the vehicle, which increases fuel mileage (4-6mpg on average). The Xcellerator also defuels for upshifts and down shifts in order to allow transmission to engage into next gear without the need for extreme transmission modifications.

In addition to being an all-star in the world of performance, the Xcelerator is also capable of reading and clearing Data Trouble Codes (DTC) through the OBD II port.
